Stretch Mark Removal
Cosmetic lasers offer a new treatment for the removal of stretch marks. Unlike creams and gels, lasers stimulate new collagen growth and fill in the stretch mark from the bottom up. As the new collagen thickens and plumps the skin, the stretch mark will diminish.

Stretch marks occur when the skin is stretched over a short period of time, most often due to rapid weight gain or pregnancy. The layers of stretched skin are torn and replaced by scar tissue. They generally appear on the abdomen, thighs, upper arms, breasts and hips. During the laser stretch mark removal, a beam of light travels along the stretch marks removing the extraordinarily thin layers of skin. As the layers are removed the scar tissue is removed and the healing and rebuilding can begin. The laser can help reduce the appearance of scars from 50% to 80%. Scar Removal
Laser scar removal offers another new and exciting component to laser technology. During laser scar removal the laser is moved across the scar. This vaporizes or removes the layer of skin and exposes a more natural looking layer of skin. Laser treatments are generally progressive and may require multiple treatments.
