Maison De Leumas European Day Spa & Cosmetic Surgery Center was founded in 2007 by Milroy J. Samuel, MD, a board-certified Cosmetic surgeon & OBGYN. Dr. Samuel is the Director, as well as CEO.Dr. Milroy J. Samuel is a native of Central Ohio. He began his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning his B.S./B.A. in Finance. He earned his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in 1997 and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) at The Ohio State University.

In 2000, Dr. Milroy J. Samuel was recognized for his execllence and efficiency by being named Cheif Resident at The Ohio State University, a distinction the followed with high praise and recognition. Dr. Milroy J. Samuel was recruited by several area's hospital healthcare agencies, but chose to join his father in private practice at Complete Healthcare for Women. Through his experiences, the concept of a comprehensive women's healthcare center which utilizes the most modern and innovative techniques, was formulated.

To date, Dr. Milroy J. Samuel has devoted his career to the practice and development of this approach to women's healthcare. He is a member of The Columbus OBGYN Society and The International Society of Cosmetogynecology. With additional memberships with The Fellow American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a Diplomate of The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
